per week 2013 + min 2 week stay.
Check In time is
4:00PM (Any day of week i.e. not restricted to Weekends)
Check Out time is 11:00AM
Late Check out £45, if possible as bookings can be back to back.
Sales & Tourism taxes included
A £200.00 refundable booking & security deposit is required for each reservation (3 weeks + Deposit POA ,Security deposit not damage waiver T & C Apply)
A 20% deposit is taken at time of booking and the balance 80% is due 60 days before your stay.
Note: 20% is taken of rental charge + £200 security deposit - Deposit refunded after your stay.
All major credit cards accepted
Pets are NOT ALLOWED
NO SMOKING IN THE VILLA
Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. We will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable. Pool heating is not complimentary, it costs £15.00 per day spring/autumn and £20 winter. Generally pool heating is only required October to April, however at anytime after arrival the heating can be turned on by our managing agents who will bill you directly. It takes approx 1- 2 days to reach the set temperature.
